Harare - Di tengah maraknya pernikahan perempuan di bawah umur gadis Zimbabwe ini memilih taekwondo sebagai bentuk pertahanan dan keluar dari kemiskinan.

Bahkan ribuan anak di Zimbabwe berhenti sekolah untuk berumah tangga meskipun pengadilan memutuskan tak boleh ada orang yang menikah sebelum berusia 18 tahun. Β

Namun berbeda dengan seorang remaja bernama Natsiraishe Maritsa (17). Ia memilih menggemari seni bela diri sebagai bentuk pertahanan diri. Β

Maritsa menggunakan olahraga ini untuk memberi kesempatan hidup bagi anak perempuan di lingkungannya yang miskin. Β
