Pada sesi yang dihelat di Algarve International Circuit, Jumat (7/11/2025) sore WIB, Marquez mencatatkan waktu 1 menit 39,145 detik, unggul 0,196 detik atas pebalap Aprilia Marco Bezzecchi.
Di posisi ketiga ada pebalap Pramac Yamaha Jack Miller. Melengkapi posisi lima besar ada Johann Zarco dan Pol Espargaro.
Franco Morbidelli, Luca Marini, Joan Mir, Pedro Acosta, dan Fermin Aldeguer berurutan di posisi keenam hingga kesepuluh. Pebalap Ducati Francesco Bagnaia di posisi ke-17 dengan 1 menit 40,306 detik.
